Your school prints prospectuses, gate banners, station posters, fee sheets and a card for every member of staff. qurl gives each one its own code, shows which of them brought families to the open day, and moves every code on when the term turns. Nothing is reprinted.
Scans since 1 Sep 2026. Each placement has its own code, so each has its own count. Tap a row to follow its line.
Your navy on every code, checked for scannability before anything is exported. Each code prints its short link underneath, so families can see where it goes and type it if they can’t scan.
Banners go up in September and RSVPs close in November. Rules change where the same printed code goes, so nothing is reprinted. Pick a day to see where a family scanning at 10:30 would land.
Pick any day. Both codes are checked as a real scan would be: gates first, then rules from the top, and the first match wins.

If the date is 4 January 2027 or later, send to /prospectus/film.
Set it up when the film is ready. It starts on its own on the day, with the prospectus already in families’ hands.

A light gate, not real security. It keeps casual scanners out, but the page address itself isn’t secret.

Group codes into campaigns such as 2027 Open Days or Sixth Form Evening. Every figure comes with a sentence that explains it, and the whole campaign prints on one page or saves as a PDF. With every enquiry counting for more, you can show which print spend worked.
Pin each banner and poster where it hangs. Make one code per placement from a spreadsheet, so every place gets its own count instead of sharing one. Where a scan came from is approximate, at city level; which placement it came from is exact.
Admissions chooses qurl; the bursar approves the spend. Here is what bursars ask us, with the answers you can forward.

A rough area and the type of phone. qurl uses the IP address for a moment to work out the area, without keeping it, and saves nothing on the phones of families who scan.
Yes. The agreement and the list of sub-processors are ready to sign from your account, before the first invoice.
In Finland, in the EU. We keep each scan for 35 days, then only totals: by the hour for 13 months, then by the day. A closed workspace is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 35 days.
Run your next open event and its registration deadline on qurl, free. We set up the codes with you, and at the end you get the governors’ report with your own figures.
Choose “school” when you sign up and qurl starts you with the first codes admissions teams use: an open-day RSVP, a prospectus and a staff business card.
