Help
Quick answers to what people ask most, and a person when you need one.
Common questions
- Can I change where a printed code goes?
- Yes, at any time: open the code and choose Change destination. The printed code stays the same, so there’s nothing to reprint.
- What happens to my codes if I stop paying?
- They keep sending people to their current destinations. Rules pause, and your figures are kept while the workspace stays open.
- How big should I print a code?
- About a tenth of the distance people scan from: 2 cm on a card read at 20 cm, 40 cm on a banner read from 4 m. Each code’s Print tab shows it at true size.
- Why does qurl say “about” before the number of people?
- People are counted without cookies, a day at a time, so someone who scans on two days counts twice.
- Someone says a code sent them somewhere odd.
- Report the code. We check every report within one working day.
