Questions about paying.
- What does the free trial include?
- 14 days of every feature, with no card. qurl isn’t taking payment yet, so nothing is charged when the 14 days end, and we’ll write to you before that changes. Your codes keep sending people to their current page whatever you choose.
- Is there an annual contract?
- No. Every plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel in any month.
- Can a school pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. On the School plan we can invoice you monthly or for the year ahead, quote your purchase order number and give you 30 days to pay by bank transfer. qurl isn’t VAT-registered yet, so invoices carry no VAT and there’s none for you to reclaim; when that changes, every invoice becomes a full VAT invoice and this page will say so.
- Can a school budget by the term?
- Yes. School works out at £396 a term, taking a term as four months, or £1,188 a year, before VAT.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. The headline prices exclude VAT, and the price with VAT is shown under each one. If your organisation isn’t VAT-registered, that’s the price you pay.
- Can we add more people?
- Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan. Each extra editor on Team or School is £6 a month plus VAT, and you can remove one in any month.
- Do rules and the map cost extra?
- No. All seven rule types, the test scan, placements and the map are on every plan.
- Where is our scan data kept?
- In Finland, in the EU. Each scan is recorded with a rough area and the type of phone; qurl uses the IP address for a moment without keeping it. We keep each scan for 35 days, then only totals: by the hour for 13 months, then by the day. A closed workspace is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 35 days.
- Can we change plan later?
- Yes, at any time. Your codes, campaigns and placements move with you, and the printed codes don’t change.
- What happens to our codes if we cancel?
- They keep sending people to their current destinations. Rules pause, and your scan history is kept for as long as the workspace stays open.
